Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Donations
    Donations once made cannot be canceled or refunded as they are immediately used for charitable purposes.   In case of any technical issue (such as double payment), the donor may contact us with transaction details for review.    
  • Refund Process
    If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
